We do not allow any pets inside of the vehicles unless you show proof of documentation that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. Guests must notify us in advance when a service animal will be in the vehicle and guests will still be held responsible for any cleaning of the rental due to the animal.
If you are needing to cancel your reservation then you must cancel within 24 hours of the booking date (not the reservation date). If you cancel your reservation after 24 hours of your booking date then you will receive a credit towards a future booking.If you need to cancel your reservation due to Covid-19, city/state closures, or any issues due to the pandemic then the standard company cancellation policy will be followed.
A detailed confirmation invoice of your reservation will be sent to your email. If you reserve by phone, an invoice will be emailed to you immediately once your payment is received. If you reserve online, an invoice will be sent to your email immediately once your payment has been received.
We have a no smoking policy inside of the vehicle whether it be by your or your passengers. Smoking- Odor only: $150 A smoking odor fee will be charged if a smoking odor is found lingering in the vehicle that requires removal. Smoking- Odor with evidence: $250 There will be a smoking “odor with evidence” fee charged for removal of the smoke scent and cleaning of the physical evidence of smoking (i.e. cigarettes, ashes, etc.) Smoking odor fee and smoking odor with evidence fee may be higher for luxury and exotic vehicles. Multiple cleaning issues: $250 There may be a multiple cleaning fee charged when there is a combination of cleaning issues such as cleaning, pets, hair issues, and smoking.
You must stay within the state of TN and not travel beyond 100 miles from our office, unless management grants consent. Here are the situations prohibited by Nashville Exotics:
  1. Using the car for illegal activities or in connection with illegal purposes.
  2. Going over posted speed limits.
  3. Driving on any racetrack or road course.
  4. Allowing unlicensed drivers or those with suspended/restricted licenses to operate the vehicle, especially for hire.
  5. Pushing or towing other vehicles.
  6. Using the car to teach someone how to drive.

Yes we pickup and deliver to the airports and hotels with an additional fee applied.
We do not accept cash or checks. All forms of debit or credit cards are accepted.
You can use another persons debit or credit card but the card holder must present themselves with a valid I.D. to sign the rental contract.
All taxes are charged in the rates on the invoice, Insurance coverage is not included in the taxes. Taxes may be applied to additional charges.
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age to rent the economy cars. For luxury and exotics applicants must be a minimum of 25 years of age to avail our rental services and 30 or older for certain exotics. A clean record, free from significant moving violations or DUI cases, is imperative. Should any such instances exist, there is a potential that your rental agreement or reservation could face denial. For individuals under 25 feel free to reach out to us for further details
We have the right to refuse service to any potential renter who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, acting in an unsafe manner to drive or is hung over. There will be no refunds. We will only offer a credit for another day.
